Ordering & Payment

Do you accept commissions and custom orders?

Yes! We currently offer Mystery custom orders and DIY Kits:

Before Christmas we also offer mystery custom advent calendars! 4, 7 & 12 long ones. They are only available in very limited amounts so if you want one don't hesitate.

Currently we do not take fully custom orders! When we do we will make an announcement.

We do NOT take custom orders through e-mails or DM's, please go on the correct page (linked above).

Can I cancel my order?

We only accept order cancellation within the next 2 hours after purchasing.

For order cancellation, please contact us.

When will the next shop update be?

We update our shop usually 2 times a month. On the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month. However this is subject to change.

If you want to surely stay up to date, follow us on any of our social media accounts.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Due to being a small business processing times may vary. We try to ship your order within 2-3 weeks at the latest. If any unforeseen circumstances arise we will notify you as soon as possible.


If you require expedited processing for your order, please leave a comment at the checkout or contact us. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping & Returns

Which countries do you ship to?

We offer worldwide delivery. Check our shipping policy for more info.

If you are from a country we don't deliver to and want to order from us please reach out at: novyrahelp@gmail.com and we will see what we can arrange.

What does Shipping cost?

It depends on the destination country, please refer to our shipping policy.

Can I return or exchange my order?

All orders are custom made and/or made to order, therefore we only accept returns/exchanges if the item is damaged, defective or not as described.

To request a return please contact us within 14 days after you received your order.

My order didn't arrive. What should I do?

Most parcels should arrive within 1-3 weeks, however it may take up to 1-2 months in special cases.

Please note, that we aren't responsible for parcels being late or not arriving due to unexpected events or carrier issues.

If you have any questions or concerns about the shipment of your parcel please contact the carrier directly. If there has not been any updates on your packing or tracking for over 30 days contact us. We will raise a compliant with the carrier company.

Where are you based/where does my order ship from?

We are based in Hungary (EU), all orders will ship from here.

What do I need to know about your clay cutters?

  • All of our clay cutters are made from PLA
  • All the cutters are our own designs
  • We ONLY print them when you order one, we do this to avoid waste and the piling up of useless inventory, but this may add a bit of extra to the processing time
  • We’re happy to let you use our cutters to create and sell your own handmade items, like clay earrings, pendants, and other crafts! Please note, though, that reselling the cutters themselves isn’t allowed. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to see what you make!
  • If you want a special clay cutter printed/or a design made with it, please reach out to us at novyrahelp@gmail.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Where do you source your materials from?

About ~99% of our materials are sourced either from Hungary or from Europe. We order all of our beads directly from the Czech Republic and most of our metal components come from Hungary & Italy.

We also source materials such as lamp work beads or laser cut metal components from European small businesses who can be found on Etsy.

Are your jewelry hypoallergenic?

All of our jewelry uses a mix of 304 and 316 stainless steel and currently all of our earring bases are made from 304 stainless steel so if you are allergic please take this into consideration.

A few pieces may also include other metals such as gold plated brass or bronze. These are always noted in the product description.

Can I see and purchase your products in real life?

Sometimes, we attend art markets as a vendor. To know when or where you can meet us and buy our products follow our social media. (We mainly do markets in Hungary, but we try to expand to different European countries as well.)

Are your jewelry ethical?

Yes! We try to carefully source our materials with respect for people and the planet, and we do not support any form of exploitation.
