Return & Withdrawal Policy

We have a 14 day return/withdrawal policy, which means you can request a return within the first 14 days of receiving your product.

Since all of our products are made to order or custom made, we only accept returns if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We do not accept returns or withdrawals if the item is in perfect condition and as described.

By purchasing you agree to being informed of these terms & conditions!

If you decide to return a product please note that you are responsible for the cost of return.

To request a return/ withdrawal please contact us at novyrahelp@gmail.com or use our withdrawal form.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where
to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a
return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or digital products.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let
you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be
automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10
business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or
credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy

We only accept order cancellations in the next 2 hours after purchasing. To request a cancellation, please contact us at novyrahelp@gmail.com
