Return Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you can request a return within the first 14 days of receiving your product.
Since all of our jewelry are made to order or custom made, we only accept returns if the item is
defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We do not accept
returns if the item is in perfect condition and as described.
If you decide to return a product please note that you are responsible for the cost of return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where
to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a
return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
