All of our products are made to order and custom-made specifically for
each customer. Therefore, the right of withdrawal, cancellation, return,
or exchange does not apply, except where required by applicable law. By
purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that your order is being created
specifically for you and is exempt from standard withdrawal rights
applicable to non-customized products.

We accept cancellations only within 2 hours of placing your order, as we
begin processing and working on orders as quickly as possible.

We accept withdrawal requests within 14 days of receiving your order
only if the product is damaged upon arrival (unused) or if you received
an incorrect item.

If your withdrawal doesn't align with our policies we have the right to refuse it!
