All of our products will be shipped from Hungary.
We offer worldwide shipping!

We use the Hungarian Post (Magyar Posta), GLS, Packeta, UPS, DHL, DPD to deliver all of our packages. Which courier we use, depends on the destination country.
(In some rare cases we might use a different courier, but that won't change the price you have to pay.)

Delivery might be limited/restricted in Russia and Ukraine. If delivery isn't possible we will cancel your order and refund you.
Processing Time
Since we are a small business and all of our orders are handmade & made to order our processing time can take up to 2-3 weeks at busier times. Some orders may take longer due to their custom nature. In this case will try our best to keep you updated.
The most accurate processing time that we can provide is displayed on the announcement bar at the top of the page and for custom orders in the product description.

Shipping Delays
Kindly note that we are not liable for shipping delays caused by unforeseen events or issues with the carrier. These may include, but are not limited to, weather disruptions, customs delays, or logistical challenges.
For any concerns regarding your shipment, we recommend contacting the carrier directly or reaching out to us for support. If your tracking hasn’t updated for over 30 days, please email us at novyrahelp@gmail.com and we will try our best to help.
Lost Package
If you believe that your package might have been lost, first contact the delivery company!

Customs and Import Taxes
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes that may be charged.
These fees are set by your country’s customs authorities and are outside of our control. Since they can vary greatly depending on the destination, we’re unable to estimate them in advance.
We’re also not liable for any delays caused by customs processing. For accurate information, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office before placing an order.
